| Description | ECR Hospitality recruitment is looking for 2 Executive Sous Chefs for large 5* All inclusive resorts (Red Sea region) in Egypt. We are looking for Executive Sous Chefs who are guest centered and are committed to making a difference every day; continually getting better to keep our client the best. Job Description * Provide excellent service at all time to all of the guests * Managing day- to day operations ensure that the kitchen outlets is managed efficiently. * To supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the Kitchens at all times * Excellent knowledge of food and beverage to be able to service * To manage proper staffing level. * To manage proper supplies level. * Oversee with scheduling, recruitment and interviewing for new colleagues in cooperation with executive chef * Oversee colleagues training and development. * Manage daily departmental meeting. * Conduct daily communication meeting with staff prior to shift * To manage, coach, and counsel colleagues, including disciplinary procedures. * Develop and update menus, as appropriate in cooperation with Executive Chef * Replace the Executive Chef or other Executive Sous Chefs in their absence. |
