| Description | For an international chain of casual restaurants ECR Hospitality Recruitment is searching for Restaurant General Managers for existing and new opening branches of the restaurants in Dubai. The Restaurant GM is responsible for a team of around 60 people (international team) and reports to the Brand Manager. |
| Contract conditions | Contract for 2 years renewable Package includes net salary, housing or housing allowance, transportation allowance, 30 days vacation, 1 flight ticket to home country per year and governmental health cards. Working hours are 6 days a week and 9 hours per day |
| Skills and education | - A minimum of 5 years experience in similar field - European trained/educated with a degree in F & B management - Fluency English and knowledge of Arabic is advantageous - Strong Knowledge of the Operations including kitchen management - Computer literate - Managerial & Leadership skills - Communications skills |
